At the core of our cement production is a Two-Chamber Closed Circuit Mill, measuring 2.2 meters in diameter and 7.5 meters in length. This mill is built to grind raw materials into the ideal consistency, delivering high-quality cement every step of the way.

 A closed-circuit mill can increase production by 15-25% compared to an open-circuit system, making it a smarter and more sustainable choice for cement manufacturing.

The mill works in two stages, carefully processing materials for the best results. It’s supported by a Cyclone Separator, which helps separate fine particles from coarse ones, keeping the quality consistent and reliable.

This smart design not only increases productivity but also saves energy, showcasing our focus on quality, efficiency, and sustainable practices in cement production.

Our cement plant spreads across 360 decimals of land, carefully designed to bring together everything needed for smooth and efficient operations. From raw materials to finished products, every part of the process is handled with care and precision.

At the core of the plant is the Clinker, Limestone, and Slag Unloading Jetty, where materials are unloaded with the help of a Rotary Crane. These materials then move to the Mill House, where they’re processed into high-quality cement.

We’ve also built large Cement Storage Silos to store the finished product safely and efficiently. When it’s time to ship, our Packing Plant ensures every bag of cement is ready to meet your needs.

But our plant isn’t just about production. It’s also a place where people work together to innovate and grow. The Office Building provides a comfortable workspace for our team, while our Laboratory makes sure every batch of cement meets strict quality standards. Keeping everything running smoothly is our 11 KV Substation, which ensures a steady supply of power.

And because we care about the environment, we’ve set aside space for Tree Plantations across the site. It’s our way of balancing progress with responsibility toward nature.
